PerfectvilleUSA releases limited collections designed as part of a cinematic fashion universe. Many items are made to order or custom developed to ensure quality, intention, and reduced waste. Because of this production model, return and refund eligibility varies by category.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

BEFORE YOU BUY (IMPORTANT)

 

 

 

Before completing your purchase, please ensure that:

• You review the size chart listed on each product page

 

• You select the correct size and style

• You confirm that your shipping address is accurate and complete

Each piece is prepared specifically for your order and shipped directly to you. Once an order enters production, changes cannot be made.

READY-TO-WEAR & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Ready-to-wear items are produced individually for each order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because these items are custom prepared and cannot be restocked, ready-to-wear made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds due to:

• Size or fit preference

• Style preference

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect address provided at checkout

This policy allows us to maintain limited releases, ensure consistent quality, and offer fair pricing on custom-prepared garments.

 

QUALITY ISSUES (LIMITED EXCEPTIONS)

We stand behind the quality of our work.

We will review claims involving:

• Construction or material defects

• Printing or embroidery errors

• Incorrect item received

To be eligible for review:

• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

• Clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue are required

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Approved claims may result in:

• A replacement item, or

• Store credit, at our discretion

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PACKAGE CLAIMS

PROOF OF DELIVERY

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier and confirmed through tracking or delivery confirmation, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

STOLEN OR MISPLACED PACKAGES

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

• Please check with household members, neighbors, or building management

• File a claim directly with the shipping carrier

• Use secure delivery locations whenever possible

PerfectvilleUSA is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery and does not issue refunds or replacements for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Optional shipping insurance may be offered at checkout. If selected, coverage applies according to the insurance provider’s terms and claim process.

PerfectvilleUSA does not replace or refund orders for loss or theft unless coverage has been applied and approved through the carrier or insurer.

COUTURE, CUSTOM & COMMISSIONED PIECES

 

 

 

Couture and custom pieces are developed collaboratively and refined until final design approval is provided by the client.

DESIGN APPROVAL & PRODUCTION
Once a design is approved and enters production:

• No changes may be made

• No cancellations are accepted

• No refunds are issued

We do not offer:

• Last-minute design changes

• Deposits in place of full payment

• Discounts on couture or custom work

These terms ensure clarity, fairness, and respect for the creative and production process.

In rare cases involving verified production issues, PerfectvilleUSA may offer adjustments or store credit at its sole discretion.

STORE CREDIT

When issued, store credit:

• Never expires

• Is non-transferable

• Cannot be redeemed for cash
